(A) PRICING - All prices listed on this Website are in Singapore Dollars ("$") unless otherwise specified. All payments will be carried out in Singapore Dollars. For international orders, please note that the exchange rates used to display pricing in currencies other than Singapore Dollars are solely governed by The Moisturizers Company Singapore, and payments made will be in the equivalent of Singapore Dollars.

(B) 30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you can reach out to us to get a cash refund (not including shipping or discount applied). Kindly note that we will require you to return the product at your own cost through SingPost SmartPac ($3.20) or a mode of delivery that comes with tracking. Please get in touch with us at hello@themoisturizers.com before returning a product.

(A) INFORMATION COLLECTION - For a better experience while using our Website, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. We will clearly inform you when personally identifiable information is asked for and you will have the choice to provide it or not. Generally, this information is requested when you make a purchase or subscribe to product updates, newsletters, or other online services.

When you place your order with us, we collect your email in order to contact and update you. We also collect your phone number in order to contact you in case these emails bounce back because of typo in your email address and if we cannot figure out what the correct email address is. ​We also contact the phone number that is provided if we suspect that the cardholder's credit card information has been compromised, i.e. used in a fraudulent way.
