Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been successfully verified. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order in a timely manner, you will be duly notified.

 

For 'Next Day Delivery', please take note to place your order(s) before 11:59pm in order to receive it/them the next day. For orders placed after 11:59pm, your delivery will be scheduled one day later. We will reach out to you through SMS or WhatsApp to keep you updated of your shipment. Kindly note that the 'Next Day Delivery' service is applicable for domestic (Singapore) shipments only. 

 

With regards to local parcels that are delivered to customers via SingPost, customers would automatically undertake the terms of service specified by SingPost.

 

Non-domestic parcels are delivered to customers via an international courier service selected by The Moisturizers Company Singapore, and customers automatically undertake the terms of service specified by the courier company.

It is imperative to note that The Moisturizers Company Singapore will not be held liable for any lost or delayed parcels due to error on the customer’s part (such as, and not limited to, incorrect mailing addresses provided by the customer). Should a customer request to change his/her mailing address after The Moisturizers Company Singapore has mailed out his/her parcel, it is important to note that efforts to retrieve and redeliver the parcel from SingPost or courier company will be on a best effort basis and postage charges for redelivery will be solely borne by the customer. 

All parcels have return addresses affixed.

In the unfortunate event of bounced mail, customers will have to bear postage charges for redelivery. If the reason for bounced mail arises due to an error on The Moisturizers Company's part, postage costs will be borne by us. Bounced mail or uncollected parcels that are left unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed as The Moisturizers Company's property without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

(A) 30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you can reach out to us to get a cash refund (not including shipping or discount applied).  Kindly note that we will require you to return the product at your own cost through SingPost SmartPac ($3.20) or a mode of delivery that comes with tracking. Please get in touch with us at hello@themoisturizers.com before returning a product.

(B) Other than the abovementioned, kindly note that The Moisturizers Company Singapore does not process returns, exchanges, or cash refunds under any other circumstances, and should there be a need to, a refund will be presented in the form of store credits.
