Here are 5 easy ways to create your own little spa right from your bedroom:

1. Create a space solely for rejuvenation

Working late into the night is becoming increasingly common. Unfortunately, all this usually happens in your bedroom, which suggests it’s no longer a place for pure rest. To reintroduce rest and wellness into your bedroom, we suggest picking a corner of your room, ensuring it’s clean and tidy, and making it your “Relaxing Corner”. By adding a nice armchair or a chair with a cushy backing, a small table with a few magazines, or even a little footstool, you can really create your own little nook to rejuvenate.
